Activision Offer Free Flash Drives to PS3 and 360 Destiny Players
Not ready to let go of your last gen system? Activision's got your back to keep you playing Destiny even if you're running low on hard drive space.
The latest expansion to Bungie's epic online shooter is a whopping 10 gig on the Xbox 360 and an even more eye watering 20 on the PS3. There was controversy about the patch a couple of weeks ago when it was revealed that even if users weren't planning on buying the expansion, the update is mandatory for all players.
For those with a drive already bursting at the seams however, help is at hand. Activision will be providing free 32gb flash drives to Destiny players who are struggling to find the space for install. Whilst a patch to install the game directly to a flash drive is not expected for the September launch of the game, users may be able to free up some space by moving some other content to the flash drive.
If you'd like to get your hands on Activision's generous freebie then all you need to do is contact their support team and let them know the problem you face.
