Murder mysteries have fascinated us since Sherlock Holmes and beyond. In our modern era, however, we have shifted from the pages of books and fiction to the ever-alluring world of true crime, be it in the form of documentaries, podcasts, or just a nice chat around a game of Cluedo. EQ Studios is now taking us from the pleasant seat of the spectator into the gumshoed role of the detective in Scene Investigators!

In the game, you play as a trainee aiming for their inspector's license. As an exam, you are presented with a reconstructed case, tasking you with exploring the scene and using your keen intellect and perception to piece together the relevant clues!

Take notes, fill in missing details, and make your own assessment, there is no hand-holding or hints here! Logic and intuition are your sword and spade in this deductive reasoning game. However, not all of the clues may be available, so trust your gut and try to find the reasons and connections between actions and people. If you get really stuck, stream it to your friends and engage in an evening of Sherlockian bliss!

Scene Investigators will be available on Steam on the 24th of October, so get that pipe ready and crank up the violin music!
