House Flippers, we've got some news for you today! A new DLC has been announced for the game — Dine Out! This newest expansion to the gameplay adds even more content to the experience! In this case, players will get to renovate and lease properties to their clients, cook food, and even design cool signs.

This is what comes with the Dine Out DLC for House Flipper:

• 10 houses to decorate.
• 30 dishes that come from all over the world.
• The ability to rent houses, offices, and restaurants to customers.
• Decoration with grid snapping.
• A feature to design signs, including neon ones.
• Tablecloths to adorn tables.
• 1350+ new items.
