Back for another year, FIFA 15 is the latest in the football franchise that has fans going crazy. Released late last year, what better time to embrace your inner footballer than now? It may be too late to purchase it for somebody else as a holiday gift, but that doesn't mean you can’t give yourself a “back to work relief gift”!

Responding to the player’s requests, EA Sports have implemented much more maneuverability to the footballers in this latest installment, allowing them to push their attack or defend their goal with a new level of finesse. You may not think that this seemingly small change would make much of a difference, but in a game as fast-paced and nail-biting as FIFA, you’d be very surprised. Not only this, but because of this small change, a lot of players that may not have been a viable choice last year have now become top-tier players!

If you’re not a huge football fan, I can relate. I was never one of the group that would kick a ball around on a Saturday morning, preferring to stay inside and play World of Warcraft and it’s ilk. The thing is, when you get the chance to sit down with a couple of friends from the comfort of your own living room, put on FIFA and spend the next six hours whaling at each other, hyping up your team to win, and celebrating when you reign victorious; you can start to see why it’s such a huge phenomenon. You needn’t be out in the rain on a Sunday evening training your quads, but instead taking what your thumbs already know and implementing them into the world’s most loved sport.
