Minecraft Star Wars

Another day, another GG Spotlight, and today we have a mashup of epic geek proportions. Take a sprinkle of Star Wars magic and a dollop of Minecraft mixture, whisk briskly and bake for 45 mins on gas mark 6.

The result? A recreation of the Death Star trench run as seen in A New Hope. The video is from Youtube user Paradise Decay, a user known for his dance music, Minecraft videos, Let's Play videos and an upcoming adventure map project for Minecraft set in the Star Wars universe, Rise of the Rebellion. 

Now for a project in such a grand scale, it took Paradise Decay four months of work to bring us this video, all built by hand with no special effects to make things easier for himself. However he did use a schematic for the Death Star, but we can let him off for that :)
