KINGDOM HEARTS FINAL MIX Synthesis Materials Guide

After so many years since KINGDOM HEARTS released, I was hesitant about starting my journey and attempting the infamous Ultima Weapon grind through the Moogle Synthesis Shop. When I started my journey, however, I knew for a fact that was my primary goal — getting the weapon I never did acquire in my first playthrough... mostly because I didn't know it existed.

Given that I was going into this intending to complete them all, I did everything in my power to gather the synthesis items — this meant unlocking the Lucky Strike ability when I got it (Level 24 for the Dream Shield, as I was playing on Proud). But though I did have access to the Lucky Strike ability, equipped it on Donald and Goofy, and hoarded everything like a dragon with precious gold, I know not everyone will have the same benefit — notably, Dream Sword starters.

So, here are all of the items that you need, including how many you need of each material and which Heartless drops it. Please bear in mind that this will not go into farming the Fury Stone, Power Stone, Mythril Stone, Blazing Stone, Frost Stone, Lightning Stone, Energy Stone, Dazzling Stone, or the Stormy Stone. These items are rare, with the Stone variants being dropped only when fighting specific mobs with specific conditions, while Crystal variants can only be obtained after you've arrived and left Hollow Bastion. You cannot get items like Gale or the Stormy Stone until after you've gone to the very last world, so if you want to farm for the synthesis and finish it, I'd suggest you just get ahead and complete most of the game.
